One entry door, two garage doors and two 24x36 windows with shutters, is standard for our Modular Garages.

The Modular 2-Car Garage is delivered in two halves and bolted together on site. The 2-Car Garage is built with 7′ high walls,  a plywood floor on 12” on center pressure treated joists and a pressure treated 4×4 base, and Timberline architectural roof shingles with a limited Lifetime Waranty.
